open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia (U.S.) who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older with a valid driver's license as of date of entry ("Entrant").
You may only receive one (1) Website Entry. Upon confirmation of your Website Entry, you will have the opportunity to watch a short video to receive one (1) additional Entry in the Sweepstakes ("BONUS ENTRY"). Maximum of two (2) Entries per person/email address ("Website Entry" and "BONUS ENTRY" are referred to herein collectively as "Entries.")
PRIZE WINNER SELECTION: One (1) prize winner will be selected in each of two (2) random drawings. The Second Prize random drawing will be conducted on or about 10/11/16 from among all eligible entries received for Entry Period 1 (i.e., by 11:59 PM ET on 10/9/16.)
TWO (2) PRIZES / APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV): The following two prizes will be awarded -
One (1) Grand Prize – A 2017 Ford Fusion with custom WIP graphics (ARV/MSRP $40,000).
One (1) Second Prize – A Prize Trip Package for winner and one (1) guest to Ontario, Canada. Prize trip consists of (a) round-trip, coach air travel from the major commercial airport nearest winner's residence to Ontario, Canada (or ground transportation if winner resides within a 200-mile radius of Ontario, Canada as determined by Hallmark Channel/Administrator in their sole discretion), (b) three (3) nights standard hotel accommodations (room & tax only, based on double occupancy per room), (c) local ground transportation between Ontario, Canada airport/hotel, (d) ground transportation to and from hotel and set of "Good Witch," (e) opportunity for Hallmark Channel to record visit of Winner and guest to the set of "Good Witch," and (f) $500 cash (ARV $2,500). Hallmark Channel, at its sole and absolute discretion, will have the right (but not the obligation) to exhibit the recorded footage set forth in (e) above on its original lifestyle programming entitled "Home & Family" with no additional compensation to Winner or guest whatsoever. Such footage may be edited at the discretion or Hallmark Channel with no prior notice to Winner and guest.
Maximum ARV of all Prizes is $42,500.
