Cool product, but some very bad ratings.
  • Quickly ring your lost item through the TrackR app
  • Pressing the button on the TrackR device makes your phone ring even on silent mode
  • Two-way separation alerts remind you to grab items before you leave them behind

Good for urban areas but not so much in the suburbs. I have 3 and it appears no one else in the SF Bay Area outside the dense areas downtown use trackR

would highly recommend against buying one. it's very glitchy and will constantly bug you to pair with it when your Bluetooth is on, even after you have already paired it. you'll have to do a factory reset and re configure it all to get rid of the issue, just for it to come back a week or so later. range is also extremely short. you will have to be within 30 feet or so for it to even connect. I've tried using a new battery and nothing has ever fixed any of my issues..

Wipe your ass with twenty bucks. It'll do more good than buying this. I got a two pack for Christmas. One had a dead battery to start with. They made good on it by sending me two new batteries, I thought well damn. That's some solid customer service. However, once both batteries were replaced I learned what a streaming turd this product is. One TrackR could never find my location, the other worked ok (I guess) but never could connect when I tried to send the alert to it. All told, I spent until about the end of January trying to get them to work before I finally realized that it was a lost cause.
