I've had this breadmaker for a number of years, mostly for making pizza dough but I've thrown a lot of different kinds, including breads with fillings (cheese, herbs, etc.) at it and it works great. This is an awesome deal.

great machine, have had since 2013 and still strong although only moderate use. Make sure you have a scale as it works best when you weigh flour.

I bought this in 2011 and it's still going strong. But I bought it for $130. D'oh! I am justifying that price by how much money I saved on all the store loaves I didn't have to buy for the last 5 years. Wink

I guess I didn't realize there was an optimum time to add yeast. Perhaps that only applies to certain breads? I've got an oster brand one that has made some fantastic bread and pizza dough, but we haven't really explored the other bread options. We always added yeast at the beginning and didn't do anything again until it completed. Anyways, seems like a decent deal.

IIRC there's a timer setting where you can load the ingredients in and it starts a few hours later. Never used it but putting the yeast in and letting it sit isn't good.
