I hope they work better than Duracell's. I pulled a 2023 copper top out of a clock the other and it was already leaking.

Duracell AA and AAA have been terrible lately for me.

Anyone have personal experience with these Energizers? Seems like the usual, they might leak and we might pay coverage: http://www.energizer.com/about-ba...ry-leakage

From what I've read, rechargeable and lithium batteries won't leak. It might be worth the premium to have few items ruined. Some fear lithium batteries are too much of a fire risk in hot vehicles.

You would think "not leaking" is an integral function of a battery and we shouldn't have to search out for ones that have this "feature"...

rechargeable is the way to go imo. Been using energizer for a while now. Never had leaking issues.

So regular alkaline batteries are just expected to leak now? Even more reason to never buy alkalines again.
