with the new snapdragon 821 on the horizon for about $400-500, this blackberry should cost no more than $250 IMO

Why are there so many downvotes without a proper comment?
People, if this is the true unlocked model, which means no AT&T bloatware, Direct Blackberry support, direct BB updates, and unbranded hardware, this is an amazing deal. I am ready to jump, but I am concerned this might actually end up being AT&T branded unlocked model which means no real warranty, which mean we could have gotten this for $290 from recent ebay sales (also with no warranty).. It's highly likely this is actually AT&T model, looking at regular price "$389"

It is also the same price on BestBuy.com
For $250 I'd jump on this phone and keep it for a while...

Wow, didn't realize it was the AT&T unlocked model. Sorry about that. It was being sold directly from Amazon.com, so you shouldn't have a problem getting a refund.
