use code ORIGIN50 at checkout on origin.com to take 50% off your order. does not work on BF1 or other preorders.

https://www.origin.com/en-us/store/

hope this isn't a repost, I'm on mobile and searched so I didn't see anything.

Instructions on how to get the bioware / ME DLC:

1. Go to Origin Client
2. Click on game
3. Open up tab for Extended Content (third tab if I recall correctly)
4. Select DLC you want
5. You'll be offered to buy points at retail, towards the bottom left in checkout you can enter in the promo code. Enter the 50% code in there.
6. Complete transaction.
7. Go back to DLC, and try to buy, Origin will apply the points you just purchased for 1/2 off and provide you the DLC.

Another topic here but they didn't really mention the percent off or do good job explaining what it does.

We're burying the lead here. This deal is the first I've seen for several years that offers a route to get BIOWARE POINTS FOR 50% OFF!

For those who didn't know, this is huge because Mass Effect DLC was effectively never discounted for the PC (with some small exceptions like From Ashes if you did a workaround). The DLC was tied into purchasing only through Bioware Points. Bioware Points never went on discount. So, that meant while you could frequently get the trilogy for around $10 on sale, you would still have to pay $15 for the well received Citadel DLC or $10 for the popular Leviathan or Shadow Broker DLC. There was never any "Complete Edition" or Collection or GOTY version collecting the DLC for Mass Effect.

What made it especially problematic if that fans unhappy with ME3's ending found a great deal of closure in the Citadel DLC, which served as Bioware's final love letter to the Shepard trilogy of Mass Effect. So it was either pay full retail for a few hours of DLC or miss out.

It is possible that this is a sign of things to come and ME DLC will be frequently discounted in the future or EA will put out a full collection edition that it will discount. But it is also possible that this will be the only discount for the ME DLC for the next four years.

Note: you must use origin's client to do this deal

The new Origin client is busted for me on Windows 10 at 1920x1080 resolution. It will not maximize or size properly and I could not get to the button to complete a purchase.

Been lurking EA deal posts for 4 years waiting for you ME3 DLC...$17.50 total for Citadel, Leviathan, and From Ashes. Code is reusable, have to apply it multiple times to get enough Bioware Points in the client. Thank you jdatb and nategator!

Thanks for posting that the code is reusable! I was worried about EA's lack of a cart system.

Pretty decent deal for those that haven't bought the Season Pass for Star Wars Battle Front also.
If you've been waiting for the upcoming DLCs to see if they're worth it, id say a season pass at $25 is def better than at $50!

Brought the Dragon Age Inquisition - Game of the Year Edition for PC price down to $21.59. Lowest price ever.

None of the other online services ever charged me taxes (Oregon). EA is being EA.

UPDATE1: Well almost, looks like Amazon had it down to $20 for a single day in June.
UPDATE2: The tax is charged when paying via Paypal. No tax for me when paying with CC. Lowest price it is then - $19.99

Their payment information page buttons do not work on the site or in the client with all correct information for me. This coupled with the drm in Origin client breaking some games that work fine on the steam version is what keeps my Origin collection very tiny.

Unless they are blocking the sale for dlc now. The buttons work on games but not dlc.
