After being on a hunt for few months, got exactly what I was looking for (certified refurbished XPS 13 i7-6th gen, touch QHD+, 16GB RAM, 512 GB SSD) for exactly $1,000 with the coupon. Yay!

50% off chromebook priced at $195 is useless. There is no chromebook at that price.

I am trying to find justification for $700 compared to Inspiron 15-5559 model.
The only delta I noticed are:
- quad-core processor (http://cpuboss.com/cpus/Intel-Cor...e-i7-4790S) not way off than dual core i7 6th gen
- 7200rpm hdd with 64 GB Caching mSATA Card
- better screen resolution

Dell's refurbished is on par with new, but legally labelling has to be different. Consider a business dell product, since the warranty on those is transferrable internationally.
