levi's are junk now.

Let me explain. I bought levis jeans way back in high school about 15 years ago. I still have some of those jeans and they never ripped out and belt loops are intact.

Bought levis during the last 50% off sale and on Amazon.com this year. Jeans belt loops rip out within 2 months.
After high school I switched to Abercrombie jeans just because they were actually high quality and not just a little more expensive. A&F jeans as of 2 years ago were still awesome. A+. I haven't had to buy any since then so I can't comment on today. I paid $35 for those on sale and they were worth every cent plus they look awesome. 50% off sale is the time to buy those at A&F. I'll never buy levis again unless they stop selling cheap fabric jeans

you be the judge.

I agree AF has good jeans in term of material, and they last longer.

I'd go Wrangler, they are sturdy and for special work purpose you could even find fire proof ones lol

For material and bit more detailed, I suggest to shop the J.crew japanese denim, they are nice ones don't drain your bank account.

Sometimes you can also find cheap desiels around, they are more stylish and better cut.

Last levis I bought is an LVC, those are quality products.

It's worse than just the bad materials - - Levi's don't fit consistently anymore. I liked the fit of the 565 (I think), but despite paying more to get what I though was a quality pair of jeans, I found that they all fit differently. Despite having the same size, some rode lower, some had shorter legs some had an loose waist and no room in the butt. I can handle denim being softer and breaking down, but not fitting right I can't forgive.
