Good all rounders, low impedance, great build quality, top tier bass performance and most of all they are the cleanest (no distortion) sounding headphone I've ever used.

not really Wink ! these are S-LOGIC (have a pair of edition8s) - the driver is offset (down and forward in my case) ! so you have to make sure you put 'em on properly (which on edition8 is not very visible (on inside of headband and not contrasty!)) otherwise a killer set ! so is a deal Rock !

Agreed, when I first tried these, I hated them because all of the mids were sucked out, and sounded awful with rock music.

I recently started to understand the U-shape sound, and I bought these to compare to other bass headphones I have. These are some of the finest bass headphones I have tried. I listen to these with Electronic music/trance (Shpongle, Infested Mushroom, etc.) and the bass from these headphones serve as a landscape for all of the other sounds to grow from. I know that sounds strange, and it is strange, but I'm very happy with my bass landscapes!
