My buddy almost got a cyberpower but ended up with the powerspec from MC.

The main drawback for him was the customer reviews for cyberpower are all over the map. Some are 100% happy with the pc while others have received broken pcs or missing parts. I don't know if it's quality control or customers expecting too much.

Well I have one and couple of people here bought from the deals I mainly posted here. I don't know any of them are having issues with the build they got. On the contrary, all of them actually praised the build quality, quality of the components used and the craftsmanship.

Only thing most of the folks complained here is there Customer care's behavior. They are not as good as Customer care from Dell or HP .

From the same thread someone else who has heard a bunch of negative reviews

http://slickdeals.net/forums/showpost.php?p=89107971

Like I said I've seen a bunch of positive reviews for cyberpower but also have seen plenty of bad ones. Never about performance, just about build quality.

I ordered this exact deal 2 weeks ago and it arrived last night. Here's the link to it:

http://slickdeals.net/f/9030347-cyberpowerpc-syber-m-elite-300-i7-6700k-16gb-ddr4-512gb-ssd-gtx-1070-mech-keyboard-headset-wifi-bluray-burner-win10-1290-10-f-s

I set it up and it's been everything that I've hoped for since. No problems so far. Everything came in perfect condition and there were no loose cable inside the case or anything. All I had to do was to take out the foam out of the case, plug it into an outlet, connect it to a monitor, and turn it on.
The case is pretty quiet. I don't notice it at all. The mechanical keyboard is a little loud but that's how all mechanical keyboards are.
The only bad thing is that the WiFi dongle was backordered so that's expected to come in a few days. It doesn't really matter to me since I hardwire it.
In the end, I would recommend it to anyone who wants a PC with these specs. It took 2 weeks for it to arrive from the date I ordered it. If you guys have any questions about the final product then feel free to ask.

That's a pretty beastly configuration you got. Core i7-6800K + GTX 1080 is the best configuration for gaming as well as running productivity and CPU intensive tasks like CAD, content creation, Video Editing & Encoding. I have a i7-5830K and love it during Video Encoding, when all the 6 cores kicks hi

Can you please post some pictures in this thread. Lot of people, as you have seen in these kind of threads, come and attack with baseless information, complaining about the quality. So if you can add some real life pics, that would be really helpful.

Yeah so for like 400$ more, you get a 6800k plus 1080. Not bad if you ask me.

Very clean build and nice cable management . That's always the challenge I deal with every time I upgrade. I build my setup in about an hour and then spend the next day or so re-routing cables , re-arranging things and lights and stuff laugh out loud

That offer is I guess gone. They were running free 8GB to 16GB Ram upgrade promo for last two days. Check tomorrow, they may offer it again.
