Thread Details

This top-rated Breville Juicer typically runs about $179.00. It's only dropped below the $175 mark twice and according to the camel site, it has never dropped below $170 until today. It's now $143.95. Great deal for one of the newest and best juicers on the market.

Not to rain on your parade but it is not the best, but it is a very good option. Masticating juicers are hands down better then centrifuge all depends how much you value your time. Overall a good find, I need to replace my omega so I been hawking deals on the new wide mouth masticating juicers. While I am tempted I am going to wait a bit longer.

Hands down? If you have zero responsibilties and time to kill it's POSSIBLE they are uniformly better. but taking 30 to make a cup of juice isn't even on the table for most folks. unless you are suggesting an Angel or something, in which case WTF are you comparing a 140 machine with a 1200 one?

You clearly have never used both, I have. First off price now on masticating juicers is around $300-$400 for the really really top of the line good ones. Not sure where your getting your $1200 price tag unless your talking about industrial grade or something. You can buy none name brand ones for under $200 such as gourmia for one. As for the time sync if you have the newer wide mouth ones you can have a cup of juice in under 10-15 minutes, all the prep time for the most part is gone besides washing which is normal for both. If you use organic produce its the only way to go to get the most out of your money. The "slower method" gets the most juice out of all different types of items.

I was on a juice regime for over 9 months at one point, I started with a Breville centrifuge juicer they are good machines but they are not the best at anything. When you do long term juicing and not just jump on for a few months and quit, you can quickly see the differences in both.
