Potential Award
up to $30.

According to the class action settlement, Class Members who submit a valid and timely Claim Form can receive $3 per product for five covered products without proof of purchase. Those who are able to submit a proof of purchase along with their Claim Form can claim up to 10 products for a total of $30.

Note: These awards may be adjusted pro rata, depending on the total number of claims approved.

Proof of Purchase
Class Members who want to claim more than five covered products, must submit a proof of purchase along with their Claim Form. A proof of purchase is defined in the settlement as “a receipt or other documentation from a third-party reasonably establishing the fact and date of purchase of a Covered Product during the Class Period.”

Most people, myself included, trusted Johnson & Johnson products...
but these days I steer clear of their products whenever possible.
It's really sad.

I recently came to know that they use petroleum by products in their baby oil. Couldn't believe it.

or that their baby powder caused many women to die from ovarian cancer. Frown

I think it's safe that EVERY American at some point in their life has used Johnson & Johnson products.(usually as babies or young kids)

Bought a few from giant eagle several years back. Have no idea if I actually used them, or gifted them, but at least I know I bought 6 on a good deal. Can't find receipt for sure, so can only claim 5.

Did you mean to type Aveeno? Coz, Aveeno is owned by J&J and they share same manufacturing facilities for many products

Basically the claim is J&D nighttime products made false claims they were clinically proven to help make babies go to sleep but in essence were just products marked up at a premium with no actual benefit.
