I don't like the new design. It's now an "optical mouse" instead of a "precision laser mouse". Confirmed this myself when I bought one from amazon last time it was this price, and thought it was a knockoff. Nope, Logitech just cheaped out on it.

Great price on a fantastic mouse. Picked up a like-new refurb from eBay for roughly the same price. This is a workhorse of a mouse. I've had absolutely no issues with this mouse (buttons/scroll wheel/tracking). Battery life is great if you don't cheap out on AA batteries.

Hmm tempting, I did not need it but always nice to have an extra mouse around for one of multiple computers. Is this much better than the logitech m310? I already have one of those for my laptop.

I bought this mouse last year for $15. Great purchase. I love the On-Off switch on the bottom. Great size, portable enough, but comfortable to hold. Has a nice weight to it when the batteries are installed. Long battery life, like 6 months +

This mouse is okay. I like the length but the shape doesn't work well for me if I'm using it all day. I used one for gaming for a few years and it was fine. I don't remember there last time i changed the batteries, they last a long time.

I own this mouse for my Dell Inspiron 15 7000. Works pretty well for gaming such as Fallout 4, Witcher 3, Planetside 2, and plain ole Minecraft. However, the mouse receiver that you put into the laptop does not always work. Some kind of signal issue with this mouse (very common) where when you turn on the mouse, it may not register. A couple of ways you can "fix" the broken connection:

1) Turn off/on the mouse a few times, sometimes playing with the battery to fix the connection. If this doesn't work,

2) Turn off the mouse. Remove the battery. Holding down the right mouse button, press down on the left mouse button 3 or more times. Then put the battery back in and turn back on. This works roughly 6, 7 out of 10 times.

Those two ways usually gets the mouse working again most of the time. First one is the quick fix, the 2nd is the "longer" fix. You may have to do it a couple of times each for the mouse to finally work.

This is the single, biggest issue I've had with this mouse. Battery does last a long time, I have even left it on for 2 days straight in my backpack without realizing it and it worked immediately before I turned it off and put it away again.

I bought this mouse for $10 last year and it was from Bestbuy. I don't really see this as being a slickdeal.
