According to the pictures, this is battery operated.
When I think of something that says "electric" it should be plugged in.

NOT RECOMMENDED.

Not sold by Walmart directly, it's sold by a third party seller. It has horrible reviews on Amazon. If you are looking for one, go for Ampoe.

As someone who plays soccer about ten hours a week, I have to use a pumice stone every couple of days. When I lifted weights I'd get some terrible callouses on my hands, as well.

Some exercises build callouses quickly, and they're damned uncomfortable.
