back in stock at $2 - each location seems to have about 50 in stock and restocks in 24 hours or so

Buy this now and thank me later when you need to open that watch-band or iphone/ipad/notebook or other smartphone someday to replace the battery

includes T4,T5,T6,T7,T8,T9,T10,T15,T20 torx bits and many more goodies

even has a gooseneck extension adapter to work around curves

it does not list "pentalobe" for iphone but my kit seems to have several 5-point star bits so one of those should in theory fit an iphone
(correction, these may all be 6-point and no 5-point, so maybe not all iphone support)

do not bother trying to order more than one - it will be canceled per their listing instructions

usa location ships via ups->usps surepost, about 7 days, china takes about 2-3 weeks

usa http://www.ebay.com/itm/201667671032

china http://www.ebay.com/itm/272163768830

china http://www.ebay.com/itm/301929051340

previous thread on this kit (@ $1) http://slickdeals.net/f/9102455

quality is surprisingly decent

comes in a nice little case with a snap-lock so the bits don't go flying around

ps. sells for $8-11 on aliexpress https://www.aliexpress.com/wholes...ureon-1193

the usa one seems to have sold out but the two china ones are still in stock

the usa is slower to restock, probably because the people who run the drop-ship are in china and 12 hour difference makes it 9pm there

Does this contain any 5-point/Pentalobe bits for use on iPhones?

NM, reread the OP.

I may have to take back what I said, upon closer inspection, these look like all 6-point stars and not 5-point

Figures, now that I already ordered. Oh well, can always use another decent set of Torx bits.

Very deceptive that they list iPhone on the list of devices that can be worked on with this.

well it distinctly says iphone 6/6s support - if the 6/6s requires pentalobe, you should definitely challenge the seller who may discount or refund it

I'll have to look more closely later to be certain but these are all the bits

The sixth one from the left in the top row looks like it could possibly be 5 point. All the rest of the multipoint bits are clearly 6 point.

It does, and I may, if I remember.

this is the cheapest one I can find that uses BITS and specifically says "pentalobe"

$1.43 from china http://www.ebay.com/itm/361676568264

the photos are very small but one does look like a 5-point star
(update: or maybe not, the listing lists eight bits and NONE of them are pentalobe!)

my eyes are bad but each bit does have printing on it so I will inspect each one to see if any are 5-point

update: the bottom of the case prints exactly what is inside and I don't see any 5 point

it does say they are chrome yanadium

Is this useful for bicycles? Think so, but hard to tell from descr / pix

Nope, it's half Philips and half slotted. More deceptive advertising (pretty much what I've come to expect from many, but not all of these overseas sellers). At least they're usually quick to give a refund if you complain before giving negative feedback.

It's not a big deal - I have a cheap 5 point screwdriver that seems to do the job, but I'd like an extra.

Doubt it. All my bikes are pretty old but for most adjustments you need allen keys that are capable of a decent amount of torque. This set isn't that. Maybe for derailleur adjustments, but IMO you're better off with something specifically designed with bikes in mind. There are plenty of those around.
