I'll give this a TU because it is a good deal if you're looking for some of the new items -- though I'm not sure what is coming out for this promo. Unfortunately, a lot of people (including me) will come here because of the "excludes Lego" item -- and of course that's where many of us wish the discounts applied (they don't!). But anyway this post probably went to thousands of people with a "Lego" Deal Alert. You might even get TDs but most of us are used to this now.

Anyway, if anybody knows something new and cool that is coming out, to use this on, it would be good to hear. Last year the Black Series 6" figures where very hot and collectible for a while (well, only some of them, and I'll use the term "collectible" loosely). Now most are long gone and some are being clearanced at great prices. Not sure I want to pick up any more of these, but probably will if new ones come out while the promo is active.

Nice thing about Target is you get 90 days to think about it and return if you change your mind later (except electronics which is 30 days). Also don't forget the RedCard extra 5% off. I use RedCard for all my Target purchases -- that way, if I decide to return something, it's easy to look up because I know what card it was on.

Anyway, too bad this doesn't apply to Lego but Target promos never do (neither do Lego promo discounts apply at most other retailers, except TRU for some reason, though TRU has their own additional markup on many Lego products.) I wish SlickDeals would have way to filter keywords by looking for an "except" or "does not apply to" in the same sentence, to avoid thousands of frustrating Deal Alerts....

Yeah, I wish people would just say "excludes construction toys starting with L" and then we'd avoid the useless Deal Alerts.

Sorry fellas, I didn't realize the L toys would score an erroneous alert. Next time I will spell it differently or write it with spaces in between.

To try to answer the above, the ad lists a Target exclusive Nerf Captain Cassian Andor blaster, 7 new 3.75" action figures, new Funko vinyl bobbleheads, 6 new Black series 6" action figures and 8 Rogue one sets of the L G O variety, which as mentioned are excluded.
