I bought one of these about two weeks ago and I was really impressed with the picture quality. You can save a few more bucks by getting an open box unit.

Someone always asks if 1080p 32in LED's can be used as a monitor. YES it can. But it is not ideal. It will never be as sharp as a dedicated computer monitor. if you do lots of reading and typing this is NOT ideal

I am using it as a monitor. it is perfect for this price. just remember to adjust the setting to make it sharp

TVs have way more input lag over a computer monitor.
