For what this is, the price is incredibly good. It launched at $3,800 MSRP ($3,400 on Amazon according to camel^3). It's replacement (with SLI GTX 1080) looks like it is $5K on Amazon.

I guess it should be mentioned that the SLI 980M's installed are MXM, so at some point in the future they could (theoretically) be upgraded.

Also, mechanical keyboard.

While this is out of the price range of most people, this is a really good deal for the price.

its basically equivalent to a 1070 laptop in games that support SLI, I wouldn't buy it.

not worth it, its amazing how quickly these get "Old". No USB-C, HDMI 2.0, 60HZ etc... for this price get the GTX 1070 laptops, I remember seeing a deal from CUK here today.

Ended up purchasing this today for $2450 with $300 mail in rebate and $70 amazon cashback with Amazon Chase card. Total was $1880 and can't find anything with this much power for anywhere close to the price.
