haha nope!!!

Oh the irony....LMAO
The only place "wireless" was mentioned was that it "wirelessly broadcasts audio", which it does. You set the device to a radio station, tune your car's radio to that same station and plug in anything you want.

That said, if any of you give two ishts about your music, you'll forgo transmitters altogether at least get a wired FM modulator. Something like this one:
https://www.amazon.com/iSimple-IS...+modulator
Is FAR FAR FAR superior to ANY FM transmitter. Yes, installation is not as easy. The modulator is powered and you'll need access to the antenna connection on the back of your factory head unit. But the sound quality you'll get is night and day better. 99-100% static free all the time. No matter where you drive or what might be trying to interfere, the modulator holds strong. The FM transmitter is shaky at best and flat out doesn't work worth a damn a lot of the time.

Buy that one or another brand, I don't care. If anyone needs pointers installing it, feel free to PM me.
Who said it was wireless?

Awesome, thanks. Going to try it as a speakerphone, as my blue tooth module sucks.

Bought, seems like a good deal and the reviews aren't bad. I have an old work truck I'd love to use this in.

These work great all things considered...looking for a stronger one or maybe slightly better quality but I think this is about as good as it gets for FM

Some people may argue that one FM transmitter is stronger than another, but fact is the FCC has held a maximum strength level on these for about 10-12 years now. The first few years Sirius and XM came out, there was little to no rules. A lot of their FM transmitters were little beasts! (Delphi SkyFi comes to mind) But then the FCC stepped in and made everyone throttle them back to where they were almost un-usable.

Buy a wired FM modulator and move on. I linked to one above. I don't care if you buy that one, another brand or whatever. Just trying to steer my fellow SDers right.
