I was going to update the OLED thread I made since pricing has dropped, but it's in deal talk now, so I'm posting the "new deal." I got my 65E6P a few weeks ago from Cleveland Plasma, but now pricing is even better.

I wanted a 2016 OLED model because they fixed the main problems remaining with the 2015 models (vignetting issues in dark scenes, non standard VESA mounts, no full HDR support). It's now a worthy successor to my Panasonic 65" VT Plasma.

I picked mine up from Cleveland Plasma, an authorized LG dealer. They're selling the 65" OLED E6P for $3975 delivered, which is the lowest it's ever been.

He said he's doing the 65" B6P or C6P for $3000 delivered to your door.

He's been fine with me posting his prices online, and I had a good experience with him on our 65E6P, so I have no problem spreading news of a hot price on the best TV out there currently. Their number is 866-651-0049. Ask for Chris. Website is clevelandplasma.com (soon to be clevelandav.com since plasma is, well...you know).

Here's a review of the E6P at rtings.com that pretty much agrees with other reviewers that the E6P is the one to have if you have the money:

I have checked around and found nothing negative about them (unlike a lot of shady east coast tv dealers that bait and switch). In the other thread I made in August, no one had a bad purchase story - none.
A+ Better Business Bureau
Haven't found bad experiences with them (I checked before I bought)
If you purchase something through a post on our site, Slickdeals may get a small share of the sale.

I see we have the "not a good price" troll back in the voting. This is the current BEST AVAILABLE PRICE from a REPUTABLE DEALER (you don't get higher than A+ Better Business Bureau). Period. Rather than just thumbing down, if you have a BETTER price, post it for SD to benefit!

are we back to posting cleveland plasma "deals" again? it's a good price but this is just going to confuse all the people who aren't in the know again.

Why wouldn't SD want to know the best price from a reputable dealer on an OLED? I was shopping around for weeks and almost drove hundreds of miles to get that Microcenter deal and ClevelandPlasma's was actually better.

If anyone's confused by the deal, they can post and I'll help unconfusify them. Someone in the other thread was advocating East Coast TVs for OLED because they had a better price. I was able to point out that they have a D- BBB rating and tons of bad stories on the internet, whereas CP is A+ BBB and a solid reputation. For something this expensive, that kind of knowledge matters pre-purchase.

Neither of the store links work. Product not found comes up.

These links should work:

65" OLED E6P for $3975 delivered
https://www.clevelandav.com/store..._oled65e6p

65" B6P or C6P for $3000 delivered

B6P https://www.clevelandav.com/store..._oled65b6p
C6P https://www.clevelandav.com/store..._oled65c6p

OP has chris/cleveland plasma in him balls deep. This shill/employee/partner/chris-alias just goes around drumming and cheer leading for cleveland plasma because he so loves the community and wants the absolute best deals available for them on oled.

This is most likely self promotion.

Cleveland plasma is not authorized and does not let you you return for any reason, IF there is anything wrong with the tv (which is very common with these oled tvs ... banding, vignetting, etc etc) you are at LG's warranty mercy. Good luck getting a 3 GRAND tv molested by technicians....

i'm not hating, i bought my E6 from Chris. But people need to know the facts...no return policy. This is not like a normal B&M store. I had a positive experience so no issues here. But if you're someone who wants to swap panels until you get one with limited banding, dead pixels, etc this is not the place for you.

his prices are so low because he doesn't take returns.

I got the 65ef9500 from adorama ebay when it was 2800. Ended up having a line down the screen.

LG replaced it with the E6 so yes, not having a brick and mortar store does have it's downsides, but on the flip, it can also have a unrealized benefit.

Sorry about that. I guess they're transitioning from the clevelandplasma.com to the clevelandav.com site and I didn't re-check my links.

Thanks for the correction. Repped +4 for helpfulness!

Sure, yeah. Self-promotion, just like the frontpage Roku 4k deal I posted last week to go with the E6P I just bought. Same deal. I was in the market for a 4k streamer and found a hot deal. Posted it for SD to benefit. Just like I was in the market for a 4k OLED and found a great price at a dealer with a great rep (doesn't get any higher than A+ BBB) and no negative experiences posted online, so I posted that, too.

Now, if you have a BETTER 65" E6P deal, delivered, will you please POST it for everyone who is in the market for one on SD to benefit. But then again with 9 years on SD with almost no deal contributions, that's not your style, right? You'd rather whine from the sidelines with no better deal to offer.

And, for the record, I received nothing from Chris at Cleveland Plasma but the same great deal I posted for everyone on SD. That's it. Cynicism loses on this one.

There are returns if the product arrives damaged. And if there is a problem later, that's why you use a premium customer service card like American Express who will handle those situations for you, in your favor.

However, if you're super anal and want to cycle through a bunch of TVs until you get the absolutely perfect panel, this is not the deal for you. Go pay $500-$1000 more at your local B&M for the convenience of serial returns.

LG was really liberal with the upgrades to make up for the dud 2015 models like you got until less-scrupulous people started shamelessly taking advantage of them. Ruined that for everyone else.

And your better 65E6P deal is where? Oh, you don't have one to offer? I didn't get my post count and rep here by being afraid to share great deals. This is a GREAT deal from a highly regarded dealer on the best-rated TV out right now.
