Hoppiest beer I've had is probably Smutttynose Finest Kind but I thought it was waaaaay to bitter. "Reality is a big nasty vicious dragon. But I don't believe in dragons."

This Hop Wollop packs a hop punch. Even hoppier than Hop Stoopid. I once prayed to God for a bike, but quickly found out he didnt work that way...so I stole a bike and prayed for his forgiveness. ![]() Life begins at 60.....1.060, that is. --Denny Conn ![]() |

Hi guys...have any of you ever tried orange slices in your beer? I was just turned on to this ...first was with a Blue Moon, it's quite good with many beers! People put Limes in Corona, heck...this could be a nice summer drink...
I went to a Hard Rock Cafe in the Bahamas and asked for a Kalik with oranges...the bartender never heard of it. Well, he liked it and is naming a drink - Kaco's Kalik after me, so he said...I almost want to go back to see if I can order one! Beer is good! |

I was wondering when this thread would get snipped. It finally did.
![]() I'll have to pick up some booze for the Giants/Cowboys football party I'm hosting on Sun. night. I'm not sure what I'll get or what others will bring. I may pick up Oktoberfest seasonal beer. Last edited by beowulf7; 09-17-2009 at 10:27 AM.. Procrastination is the thief of time.

BIG score today. There is a beer/wine store in SA that is going out of business. 65% off everything. Got 8 bottles of DFH 120 . 2 6ers of Victory Storm King for $4 each. 4 bombers of Hop Stoopid and Lagunitas Sumpin Sumpin for $3 each . I will be going back next week on Tuesday for the final day to buy him out.

drinking devils dancer triple ipa from founders....holy crap i didn't realize this was 12% abv... pours a minimal head... cloudy but i am cool with cloudy beers... has a cherry taste, kinda reminds me of 90min in some small ways, but this one is delicious... kinda syrupy, sweet with a nice crisp bitterness at the end.... quite tasty...i wish i had more
this was after meeting a buddy in the bistro which i got a free stone ipa... then i paid $2 for a fish tail poisidian(sp?) russian imp stout which was fantastic... then i had a bomber of red rocket ale from bear republic which i got for free from stone... so yeah, this 12% abv devils dancer is going to be a sipper
