For rebate you will need to go online after your order is picked up or shipped and print your Packing Slip/Receipt by clicking on your purchase history (in a dropdown menu selection under your name).
FOR SHIPPED ORDERS: Once you pull up the order, look in the middle of it for a button to print the "Packing Slip/Receipt". They may not include a packing slip when they ship orders. Also picking up in the store will show the pick up date like it is your date of purchase. I mistakenly sent in both the printed packing slip from my account, and the pick up ticket they gave me from the service desk which was dated after the purchase required period ended - which made it appear too late. They straightened it right out with a phone call. Just go with the printed Packing Slip/Receipt from your account history.
FOR BOPIS ORDERS:
Print the page that comes up after you click on the purchase in your history online.
If ordering multiple units on one purchase you don't need to send separate envelopes or rebate forms.
As a precaution, I put a note on the form in the space between the lines for each rebate item I purchase more than one of (if any) to tell them how many of each and how much rebate that is due to me for that line item, just in case they don't see it on the receipt at first glance. Then I highlight the note.
I buy 5 mini blenders.
I write Qty 5 = $60 Rebate Due between the lines of that item's borders.
I know my method works fine. I may be just a bit overly cautious to take this approach. I can't imagine everyone taking the time and trouble, but I say better to make it as easy as possible for them to pay me correctly!
