Mail-In Free Code Request -- From September 15, 2016 to October 12, 2016: To obtain a Code
without a purchase ("Free Code"), hand print your email address on a 3" x 5" piece of paper and
mail it in an envelope with proper postage to "General Mills Anniversary Instant Win Game," c/o
HelloWorld, Inc., P.O. Box 5006, Department 827469, Kalamazoo, MI 49003-5006, Limit: Five (5)
Code requests per envelope. All mail-in requests must be handwritten and must be postmarked
between September 15, 2016 and October 12, 2016 and received by October 19, 2016.
Limit: Each entrant may play up to two hundred (200) times during the Promotion Period,
regardless of whether Free Code or Purchase Code is used for play
Prizes/Approximate Retail Value:
One hundred and fifty (150) Prizes: Each winner will randomly receive one of the following: (a) Free
Yoplait for a year, awarded as 365 coupons, each can be used to purchase a single of Yoplait Original
and Yoplait Light (size 3.5 oz – 6 oz) (excludes Greek, Plenti, Multipacks, and Kid Varieties).
