Thread Details

I had $50 in rewards which were expiring 09-30-16.

I used the points to buy a soundbar that was $200. and I recieved $72 in rewards for the purchase. (points rolled)

I don't like the soundbar and want to return it.
How will sears handle the the return?
Will I receive the $50 swyr back?
What happens to the $72 in rewards that I earned on the soundbar purchase (I have already used $7 for another purchase)?

In a situation where you still have enough points in account to cover the return, if you return at store, your account sees a $72 decrease in swyr pts and a $50 increase in swyr pts. I assume the 'rewards' you are referring to is sywr. So a net decrease of $22 in sywr pts. Thats been my experience on several returns.
