These are decent but I would suggest getting an outlet timer as you are only suppose to diffuse 1 hour at a time, no more than 2 hours a day. Too many people diffuse for much longer than that and it can have negative effects on your health that way. People in young living and doterra aren't trained properly and don't know much of the safety behind it. All professional aromatherapists I've talked to and read/researched have warnings that these MLM companies do not follow (diffuse time, ingestion, kid safety, pregnancy safety, dilution charts, etc).

In the end, I'd pick a diffuser up that has a timer built into it.
