is it good for bedroom?

These are accent lights. Hardly emit any light at all (I bought them at the last deal and promptly returned). You can't use these to light a room but can use these for accent or mood lights behind a bed for instance.

3w... Lol. Might as well be a color changing night light that takes a regular sized socket.

spot on to both commenters above.

3w is nothing. these do not put out any useable light, i've bought one in the past. only use is accent lighting. also, usually cheaper on ebay.

Note that these are LEDs. Typically you'd still want higher as 4.5W LED is equivalent to a 40-Watt standard incandescent light bulb.

any deals on slightly more powerful ones? I like to put them outside and change them for Halloween and XMAS .

Thanks op. Going to get these for the front porch, my wife will love them to add to her holiday decorations. We already have a motion sensing solar led light that will take care of actual light requirements, so this should be perfect to use as just accents. tu and rep

Armchair scientist here: wattage means absolutely nothing when it comes to LED bulbs and light output.

Look out for lumens, which will tell you how much light this will be emitting. A quick google search tells me that an incandescent bulb at 100W emits 1600 lumens. 60W from an incandescent is about 800 lumens, 40W -> 450 about lumens

Bigger cause for concern here: Not one mention of lumens in the product description. That's why I'm skipping.

If these are in a timer do the colors reset after turning off each time? Nevermind, they do reset each time.

Closed RF or compatible with any other IoT signals?

Edit: nvm, it's using IR signal and low brightness (up to 20w).
