Damn FDA APPROVED kills the deal as It probably jacked the price up by $13.99.

I found a better deal at my local campsite. Free pickup. Not sure about inventory but it looked like they had a lot out on the floor.

Nice they are expandable but I don't need a dozen. I'd pay 4 for 4 Smilie

The FDA would probably only approve them if they are made in China.

I was thinking the same thing lol.

Heck we used to just grab sticks off the ground, pop em in the fire a second to "clean em" (if even that) lol...then pop those suckers on and go to town!

Nothing wrong with being careful and keeping potentially hazardous things generally safe (as companies are diabolical and aren't necessarily looking out for anyone), but still...gotta live a little bit. Micromanagement of everything is EXHAUSTING.

Life ain't supposed to be that way. Be a rebel, grab a few bottles of water out of your FEMA approved emergency kit, run off down the road to your buddy's without DOT hazard reflectors on, spark a roarin bon fire without proper DNR permits, and eat a belly full of mallows off a good ole' non FDA approved stick Stick Out Tongue

Takes away the fun of going camping and picking out twigs to sit around the campfire. Not to mention now you would have to pack them and then clean up. Twigs were already there and you just threw away when done. Must be fun cleaning dried up marshmallow off them when you get home from camping.

I have purchased these other campfire forks over the years and have never gone back to anything else. They last years outside next to our fire pit. The perfect length for a campfire.

Sold in a large batch as well...

Careful: these are known for spreading affluenza among users.

The FDA does not regulate nor do they approve marshmallow sticks. The ridiculousness of this is amazing.
