Add a line for existing Sprint Sero Customers! Get Same Grandfathered plan of $30/month (500mins fair and flex) - YMMV for some people

I also read similar stories lately that it still is being done, but don't remember the other forums. But, yea, I guess its not as easy as before I read as well. You just have to get the right person and try a few times.

Quick question, is it still possible to add a line ( espr ) on sero f&f account and convert it to sero-p?should i upgrade my plan to sero-p and add a line later, or the other way around?

I used to have a $30 sero plan a couple years ago, but closed it when I left the country. Now I'm back, and called to try to beg for my old phone plan back to no avail. The best they said I can do is EPRP, even though they were able to look at my old account and see the old account there after I gave them the account number, etc. I specifically said I knew people who had a SERO-P plan, but the nice lady said that it's only offered to people who still had a SERO plan.

Is this now definitively the case? Has anyone recently been able to get a SERO-P plan or is the EPRP the best i can do? Sigh. I should've just paid the $30 for two years while I was away!

yep that's what I got too. I have 2 phones one on Sero and one on Sero-P, called to add a line and they said they cant add it as SERO, only EPRP, which isn't that great.

It may be possible but very YMMV. I haven't seen any recent posts that were successful in adding a line to SERO.

You can try buying a SERO plan from someone on EB. That's the only way you'll be able to get back on it, unless someone gives you it.

ive tried 5 times to get an additional sero line added but nothing...

ive also tried to renew my out of contract line with the 75$ credit and they say no to that now too

anyone have the number to call for the SERO dept?

i have a co - worker on a $30 SERO plan and she would like me to help her to duplicate it.

she does not have the phone with her (it is with her sister half way across the states)

so if anyone has the toll free number to the SERO dept, please repsond.

I have two numbers, supposedly for SERO. Haven't used them in awhile so not sure if they are any good. Good luck with getting it duplicated. Let us know how you make out.

They stopped that $75 loyalty credit awhile ago.

SERO=4x50=200
EPRP familyplan (with 4 iphones = $180)

Do any of the SERO plans ($30, $40, OR $50) have mobile to any mobile (like the EPRP)?

All the SERO plans come with free mobile to any mobile, except for the basic SERO plan.
