Add a line for existing Sprint Sero Customers! Get Same Grandfathered plan of $30/month (500mins fair and flex) - YMMV for some people

i know its realllly offtopic. but i cant get my an extra sero line anymore for the life of me. so whats the next best plan? seems like everything has the $10 fee which still makes a basic plan over $60 still... is their still a chance i could stack a bunch of small discounts? after having to only pay $30/month for the last 5years, anything more than $50 seems not worth getting a phone..

I have also been trying to add another Sero line and haven't had any luck. It's impossible to tell if this is simply because I haven't gotten the right person or that they actually have put a stop to it.

It's more then likely because you haven't hit on the right csr. Are you calling Tele-sales or the line for employee plans?

Only once to Tele-sales, rest to number recommended, 888-876-8381. Tele-sales was actually most helpful, she called several different reps in employee plans trying to find someone who could do it.

Do you still need to have handsets available to activate a new SERO line?

I'm not sure how necessary it is but it seems to make the process go smoother and easier.

Will try this out as soon as i buy a Evo/Epic off craigslist/ebay. Will i need to have any information handy? I dont rememer the email i signed up SERO with lol Do i need that?

do you currently have a sero line with sprint? if so you will only need your account info no email . I have an epic for sale if interested

All I can suggest is that you keep trying. Maybe if you upgrade it to a SEROP line that would help get it added. You could always go back and downgrade it to a basic SERO line later.

Still no luck, on the first page there are no successful dates listed for 2011, but lots of unsuccessful ones.

I'm going to try retentions next.

Hey dub, after trying 7 times today (phone and chat combined) with mixed results from straight up no from all the phone reps, to some echat reps telling me that is possible, but you have to call in (which when calling the reps, got promptly shot down) I got through and was able to duplicate my account on the 8th try.
