This is general info. To be specific, call ATT and ask them exactly what info Sprint must provide to port your ATT number to Sprint. They must give it to you. You then call Sprint and feed them the info ATT specified. I would suggest that you speak to an ATT Supervisor, and make sure you get their ID # or whatever. As you probably know already, porting will cancel your ATT account.

I'm curious if anyone has activated a TP2 or some other non-iconic smart phone on SERO after Jan 30? I tried to do it online right now and it says I will be charged the premium data fee. Has anyone been able to swap phones without getting charged an extra $10 a month on plain old sero?

All SERO plans are priced as stated...no add'l monthly fees. If you need to determine if your new phone on a regular or an EPRP account is subject to the add'l $10.00/mo. data fee, just go to sprint online and make a phone purchase with a new service. At check out you will see if that particular phone requires the add'l $10.00 monthly fee. |

hi. i just wanted to let everyone know i was able to add a SERO-P plan to my SERO acct today on my second try.i had 2 separate accounts. one was a SERO acct ($30plan) and another with the Everything Data 450 plan (with corporate discount 25% off). i called Employee Care 888.876.8381 today at approx 1pm and spoke to kathy. she was very helpful.. i simply asked her if she can merge both my accts together. she started typing for a while and said 'no problem.' then i asked can she change my Everything Data 450 plan to the SERO Premium? she said 'sure.. it'll be $40/month. is that ok?' that was pretty much it... i was shocked how easy it was. thanks to everyone for all your help. hopefully this information will help others... |
