Should I add them as EPRP lines then convert to SERO P? Has anyone done this recently for any line? TIA |

Just thought I'd drop by and let you guys know that I was able to get a new line added with SERO 500 for $30! It wasn't easy though. (Easy.. but NOT quick) Sorry, I don't have a plan code or anything for this. My CSR was just that helpful! (Of course, knock on wood.. I haven't seen the change updated in my account yet!)
I began the chat session telling them that I wanted to add a new line only if it would mirror the current line that I have. (Note, I have 2 SERO lines, one is premium, one is not) Angel Bh said that I would be able to. When I asked if she meant $30 plan, she said no.. that she was referring to the SEROP plan, which was fine by me. Anyway, she proceeded to tell me that even though I can get another SEROP line added, she would not be able to do it for me (not equipped) and that I would have to contact SERO Customer Service for them to add the line. She gave me plan code "PDS1999BC" (this is for SERO $40 Plan-- SEROP) and told me to tell the CSR to create a new line with that plan code and assured me that "any rep can add this for you." I kept our chat session open while I called SERO Cust Service and just as I expected.. the plans are expired. I relayed this info to Angel and told her that they were only offering me the Everything + plan for $59.99. She said to just go ahead and get that new line added and she will change it to SEROP. Great, huh? Well, the new line was added and showed up in my account right away. However, she informed me that it would take up to 72 hrs to show up on her system... so she would not be able to help me out in getting it added today. She again told me that any rep would be able to add the plan code later on to change it to the SEROP plan. I began to lose hope! As I confirmed things she promised and asked her to make multiple notes on my account, she all of a sudden wrote, "Wait." Guess what? She said that it showed up in her system and that she would do it herself! Awesome, right?! How lucky is that? Icing on the cake was when she said that she could change it to the $30 Sero plan. Now I am just waiting for it to show up in my account. What a great way to end the night! I just had 2 crowns put in today.. so this was definitely good news. She was extremely helpful and patient. Our chat session was over 1 hr long and most of that time was spent waiting for the SERO CSR to add the new line. If only all Sprint CSRs were as helpful as she was!! |

i had one added one month ago and it shows under my account and some sprint reps called and told me it was a mistake and they had to cancel it. i was so pissed.

Many people reported it going away throughout last year. I have not seen anyone reporting being able to use corp. discount after switching to SEROp OM |

So everything peach keen right? TODAY, I received an email stating this: "Brain, Thank you for contacting Sprint. I have reviewed your request to participate in the Sprint discount program through Credit Union Members. Your current plan provides you with the best value available, making your account ineligible for the additional employee discounts you requested." They even missed spelled by name
