that happened to me so I removed the code and put it back in and it all worked out

you have to have both regular priced and clearance in your cart for free shipping. which sucks and doesnt make it much of a sale when youre still paying $60 for four things.

I bought all clearance items and received free shipping.

Just remove the code and re-apply it to get the free shipping back along with the 20% off coupon, it worked for me.

Regarding the buy 4 bras, get the 5th one free reward: Do all 4 bras have to be purchased within a rewards quarter, or can you purchase them whenever? Thanks in advance.

the bras do not have to be purchased in the same rewards quarter. i bought a bra in February and then 3 in April and received my reward about 3 weeks after. hope this helps

If you return an order using the return label that is provided, how much do they deduct? I can't find the info on their site.

I believe that return shipping is free. They do not advertise it but if you have a return label then it means the return shipping is pre-paid and is not deducted from the refund. I never tried it but probably better to call and ask.

I purchased all clearance stuff, used the code, and I got free shipping on my order.
