You likely aren't going to get this one then. They use the driver's license state and number to verify your age. They can't send it unless you're 18, or whatever legal age it is in your state.

Lots of cigarette and tobacco companies will either ask for a Drivers License # or the Last 4 Digits of a Social Security Number.
