i notice when i lag for several seconds, the video resumes where it last left off. that means its not streamed entirely live.

They post the number for each item- it's a DIFFERENT NUMBER for each item now. the 888-444 is the same, but the last four are different. The acer was 9500, the HTC phone was 9300... make sure you're dialing the correct number....

They just don't get it- it's not that anyone's mad at the charity- they're mad because the program is so poorly planned and executed that it seems almost hopeless to even try calling to get an item and help the cause.

We have a local town that does a telethon for Christmas every year with High School kids running it (in front of and behind the cameras) that does a better, more professional job than these guys!
