View Full Version : Did anybody receive $20 Rebate for Trust Laser Combi Mouse Rebate Bought from Circuit City 07/03/2008-07/05/2008?

I bought the Truse Laser Combi Mouse from Circuit City on 07/03/2008 and never received the $20 rebate. Last time I called, a guy told me that my rebate was received on time and should be expecting a check in October. Well, nothing came, and now the 1-866-531-3551 number is no longer taking voice inquries. Does anybody else here had problem with this rebate? How did you guys get the rebate back? Thanks a lot for all your help!

I emailed to "support@lhbrands.com" yesterday, just got a failure notice for the email, "not able to establish an SMTP connection". So those crooks just took our money and ran away? Are there anything we can do?

I have emailed 3 times, including to "Matt" and his alleged supervisor and never received a response. Their phone # formerly said "we will never answer, we take no messages, send an email." It is now disconnected. I suspect they must be bankrupt, but complaints to the BBB and NJ Office of Consumer Protection may be worth a try. Radio Shack has been absolutely worthless - "not our problem."

I haven't received response from my email either. Will definitely file complains with BBB this weekend. Anybody else out there got any response?

Anyone notice that you can get Zero trust products in the usa now? I loved the mice and long range keyboards, now all my backorders turned to canceled...

Need help to file BBB complaint. What is the business we are filing complain against, Trust.com or lhbrands.com? What is the contact information/mail address for Trust or lhbrands. Thanks.

All I can add is that a while back EVGA stiffed me on a rebate and said it the promotion was not in their system even though I had a copy and a picture of it. What they told me is the address I sent it to did not handle that promotion.....parago...they then sent me to rebateshq. I think it was and they said it was not in their system either. I called CC and after ...oh an hour and finally getting super I got a $25 gift card out of the whole ordeal.

Need help to file BBB complaint. What is the business we are filing complain against, Trust.com or lhbrands.com? What is the contact information/mail address for Trust or lhbrands. Thanks.
I complained to the BBB and just got this back:

I had the same rebate problem with a Trust laser mouse that I purchased from buy.com. I eventually got my rebate after emailing their corporate person at trust.com. See my previous post (http://forums.slickdeals.net/showthread.php?sduid=159902&t=980841&highlight=trust). If that doesn't work, go straight to the Attorney General. BBB.org and buy.com (RadioShack in your case), as usual, are really useless in helping the rebate problems. Good luck!
