I'd done this rebate about a year ago. Right now there are two different rebate forms for JFM, both expire 12/31/09, each rebate goes to a different address, so thinking I can do the other one. Problem is, can't remember which was the (original) rebate form. One is for $8, the other is for "up to $9.50". Anyone know which was the original rebate offer and which of the two is the newer rebate?

I did the $8 one maybe late spring or early summer when Rite Aid had it FAR.

I have sent my rebate for Just for Men Touch of Gray in Sep 08 and have not recieved the check yet. Is there a customer service phone number where you call and find out? I dont see anything on the form.

I sent my rebate a few months ago and haven't received anything. Did they go bankrupt?

Wow, that's great! I'm still waiting on my rebate check to arrive and I sent in the rebate submission in early December.
