What is LatinoEyes.com®?
LatinoEyes.com® is an online family of U.S. Latinos. Our surveys reward our family members for telling the companies that make products and services for them how they look through the eyes of the Latino community. You must become a member of the family in order to participate in our surveys and receive cash for your opinions. In other instances, you may be eligible to participate in our sweepstakes.


Surveys will be directed to specific household members by the individual login names created at the time of registration. For each survey taken, members will collect additional amounts in their accounts. Some surveys are short and take just a few minutes, and others are long. Each survey taken will be worth various dollar amounts. Members can earn between a few dollars to possibly twenty dollars each time a survey is completed. Most of our surveys may be taken in either English or en Español.


Members are able to check the balance in their LatinoEyes.com® account by clicking on the link that says "Login" and then entering their username and password. That's where they can keep track of the surveys they've completed, and the total amount of money they've earned. Members can cash in their LatinoEyes.com® accounts anytime the balance reaches $15. Members will then be able to request a check in $5 increments. For example, if a member account contains $32 that member can redeem $30. This account can cash in again once $15 is reached.

1. Will LatinoEyes.com® try to sell me things?
No. LatinoEyes.com® sells nothing to its panelists. You will never be asked to buy anything because of your participation in LatinoEyes.com®.

2. How can I be sure my information is kept confidential?
LatinoEyes.com® is a strong supporter of online safety and privacy.

3. Do I have to live in the United States to become a panelist on LatinoEyes.com®?
Unfortunately, in order to become a part of our online Latino family, you need to live in the United States.

4. Do I need to have a checking account to receive payment?
No, you do not need to have a checking account, but you do need to be able to cash the check. We will never ask you for any of your personal account information. In fact, if anyone ever asks you for your bank account information online, you should not disclose it

5. What kind of surveys will I take?
The surveys will be on a variety of topics such as restaurants, packaged goods, health & beauty, fashion, travel, insurance, alcoholic beverages, financial services, and many other interesting topics.

6. How many surveys will I receive?
On average our panel members will be able to complete 1-2 surveys per month. Sometimes it may be more and sometimes it may be less. At LatinoEyes.com® we give all members an equal chance to take surveys.

7. I have already registered for LatinoEyes.com®, when will I be sent surveys?
Soon you'll be receiving an email from us with a link to another short survey that will help us get to know you better and to better place you into surveys. The people we choose for our surveys are selected at random. We do our best to ensure that our members get one or two surveys a month.

8. What exactly does LatinoEyes.com® do? Why should I register for LatinoEyes.com®?
LatinoEyes.com® gathers opinions from the Latino community about products and services for major companies. LatinoEyes.com® learns what Latinos think about many issues, in order to advise our clients how to better understand how the world looks through the eyes of Latinos. Your opinions will better help companies to create products and services specifically for Latinos such as yourself.

9. Do I need to be of Hispanic descent?

Yes. LatinoEyes.com® is an online Latino community made up of Latino panelists. Our clients are interested in seeing the world through the eyes of the Latino community.

10. How do I get paid? How much do I get paid for each survey?
For each completed survey you will usually receive between one dollar and twenty dollars. Every survey varies in dollar amount. Members are able to check the balance in their LatinoEyes.com® account by clicking on the link that says "Login" and then entering your username and password. When your account balance reaches $15.00, you will have the option to cash out, (in increments of $5.00), or you can continue to accumulate your balance. If you choose to cash out, we will send you a check in the name of the LatinoEyes.com® panel member to the address on our LatinoEyes.com® files.


11. I just registered. Why can't I login to my LatinoEyes.com® account?
Our LatinoEyes.com® login screen does not recognize new panelists immediately. All new panelists are added on a weekly basis. Once added, you will be able to login to your account. In addition, your account balance will be updated at that time.

I just got my first survey and it was worth $12.00 for about 20 minutes! Not bad.

Thanks! There's also another Hispanic centered panel called Encuestanos. I hardly get surveys from them and they're very much like GTM where you have to redeem 50 points at a time for $50.

How long does it take to complete a survey?

Can a Tu Opinión Latina credit be applied to any AOL account?
Most AOL members can receive a Tu Opinión Latina credit on their AOL billing statement. However, at this time we are unable to credit AOL members who are on the Pre-Payment Plan or members who are not billed for their AOL service.

When will I receive my credit after completing a Tu Opinión Latina survey?
Once you complete a survey, your credit will be processed within 7-10 days. However, it may take 2-3 weeks for your credit to be posted to your credit card/debit card payment method and 1 to 2 billing cycles to your phone bill payment method that is on file with your AOL account. The credit will be indicated as "AOL Opinion Place". Please keep in mind that Tu Opinión Latina credits ARE NOT viewable online at Keyword: Billing because they are applied directly to your payment method on file with AOL.
