Not in illinois, at least not by me. Although the suntimes and the tribune put out free mcdonalds latte's one a week.

In my area in Illinois, some Mcdonalds have free coffee mondays (regular coffee) and some other ones offer free lattes on Mondays from 7am to 7pm.

at several McD's in the Bay(MD) area, they are running free latte specials on Mondays.
