Did anyone else receive one? I keep close track of all surveys I complete and I don't have anything from u30 on my list. There is no survey title or any notes on the check at all regarding what it was for.

Does it say Omnicon anywhere, like on the envelope? If so, it's probably from Garb Panel.

No, it doesn't say anything else on the envelope, and I have never qualified for a GARB panel survey. Wierd!

I received one for $10 today - it was for doing a bra wear test for Garb.yesterday, mine was for the 2nd test of underpants.

Yesterday I received a $5 check also, it was for a Coors u30 panel survey :)

i recieved 1 also
