Has anyone else been waiting almost 2 months for their surveys to credit? Every invitation I get says that I will get my credit in 10-14 days, but all of the surveys I have done starting in October haven't shown up.

I emailed them a couple weeks ago, and the answer I got was that it just takes longer for some surveys to credit..:shake:

I'm just wondering if anyone else has this same problem or if it is just me.

I have one since July not credited for $3 which would finally give me enough to cash out. Everytime I have contacted them I keep getting the same response-the survey is still open and the haven't paid anyone. I stopped doing surveys for them-$2 for 30 minutes without knowing IF they will ever pay me.

this is exactly why i dont and will not register with mindfield =)

Cashed out for $12 the other day and as I posted in the other Mindfield thread, got screwed out of 2 PT's. I am officially done !

Thankssame here and whenever i email them about it i get a canned answer, that particular survey is still open and won't get credited til it is over.

Same thing here. I have done about 10 surveys for them in the last few weeks, and have not received credit for any of them. I see a lot of posts about Mindfield PTs and none for me. Not sure if I will continue with MF.

Yup! I did one for $15 and they told me that it could take months for the survey to close and then 5-7 days to credit. I finished one in November, and it hasn't credited. They suck!!!

Wow! :ermm: I'm so sorry to hear that others are having problems with them as well, I was really hoping that it was an isolated case.

I don't know what we can do, but something needs to be done :ranting:

With any survey company you can get their phone number. There's a directory called Greenbook.org, and you will find all the companies that we all deal with on there and many more that we haven't. And all their contact info. is on there. So you can sign up with many online companies and focus groups. I would take use this to document the phone numbers so i could contact them by phone. just got off the phone with them. the two surveys #5941 10-09-08 and #6139 10-24-08 are still open, it all depends when their clients decide to close them and send them a list to pay. she said sometimes it can take 2-3 months to fill the survey with the right qualifiers. also asked about how come when they put up a survey at 6:30 and at 6:31 it is already full she said that they might have only needed 1-2 people in that age/sex group so they closed it when they got that. hope that helps anyone. merry christmas to all and to all a good night.

i was wondering if it was me. i emailed them that i hadnt seen a credit since november and i am doing surveys every week. i'm still doing the stupid surveys because i have actually gotten paid from them but it takes forever. why does it MONTHS to pay out a survey? hell pinecone can pay in days. that's why i will always love pinecone. they don't pay a lot but they pay promptly and you can actually get through to them.

My first survey 6268 completed on 11/6 was credited 12/24. I'd say that's a fairly lenghthy turn-around for a survey when you compare it to credits with surveys through Opinion Outpost for example. It's really not worth the time to do a $3 survey that takes a month & a half to post where I would rather spend that same 20 minutes on a $1 survey which may credit immediately. On 12/22 I qualified for my second survey worth $2, so theoretically, I'm half way there. :(

Since I qualify for approximately 2% of their surveys, I should be able to hit the $10 threshold by my birthday (which is in May).

The next phase is how long does it take to get a check?

I am also still waiting on the link, it's supposed to come every Monday. :confused: I have the letter explaining the details of the study and it stated that if there were any problems to email aevans@reckner.com I sent an email this morning and am waiting to hear back.

actually i cashed out my check and had it within a week. they pay alot faster than some sites. just hang in there

Oh please, Mindfield sucks.

I did three surveys for them in July 2008. Two were $3 and the other was $4.

The first $3 they credited me only $1 (I saved the email saying it was $3 not $1)

The second for $3 (completed on July 26th) still says "PENDING". Since when did it take more than 5 months to be paid for a survey?

The $4 one they credited me right.

I sent them 4 emails and they've never replied. I called them twice and no one answered. I just want to take the $10 they owe me and cash the hell out so I can UNSUBSCRIBE from these scam artists.

i got that one even though i says $15.00 i still only show credit pending of $1.00, i did call them on it and they told me it was supposed to be $15.00 still waiting as usual along with another one got about $3.00. so we wait and see. i keep checking my account daily, sill nothing.
