If your combined earnings are $40, 000.00 per year or less, we will treat you at no charge with acupuncture to improve your chances of conception.
You will be treated by acupuncture specialists trained in the ‘Berkley Method.’
It is our pleasure to help those in need; even those that cannot afford care. Your initial evaluation will occur on a Sunday but your treatments will take place during the week on a day that you and your practitioner agree upon.
We’ll need both your and your partner’s current W2 forms or both of your current pay-stubs in advance of your appointment.
