Did you copy and paste it? If you did, then that may not work as the post shortens the link by removing middle characters. You have to click on the link.

Try this:

Go to IKEA website at http://www.ikea.com/us/en/
On this page, you should see "Ways to shop". Just below that click on the link "IKEA Planner Tools" and that's where you will find the planners.
