As an experienced encoder I have tried many different "All in one" solutions to give my friends who always ask me about converting their stuff.

Its pretty rare I recommend SUPER, Personally I think its kind of hard to use.

My new choice is my favorite software for the Apple thats now on Windows...

HandBrake (http://handbrake.fr/)

This one I have found works a lot better, quicker, and much more user friendly and has the best profiles for auto encoding.
