I have been a member for long and have forgotten my password. I want to change my email id and for that it asks for my old password. Then it takes me to the "forgot ur password" page and asks for the email id that I registered with. On filling that up, it says that I will receive an email shortly on instructions.., but I never receive any. I have tried this twice and have made sure that my email id is correct. Please help.
