I do not know if this has been posted before but I found out yesterday they have stray parts in a box in the back (a worker or manager has to get it for you). At my store, if they have it in the box, it is free. I have a Hello Kitty & was missing her bow and they happened to have one! I thought this was pretty cool because sometimes small parts do get lost.

My GF got me one of these as a suprise two weeks ago, and it is a fantastic bear. Great build quality and very soft.
