Hope it's national because IMHO Panera's coffee is infinitly better than Star Bucks. I make the Mr. take me there every Sun. morning for coffee and a bagle. TU & repped.

Edit- Had a meeting at work today, they told us that all day on Jan 28th a complementary medium coffee with be handed out. Customers will also be able to sample new breakfast items such as the strawberry granola parfait. Advertising will begin on January 14th. In addition, employees will be able to hand out coupons starting 1/29 until 2/11 (I believe) for a free cup of coffee to encourage customers to try Panera's newest coffees :)

I am at Panera now in MWC, OK. They are gave me a free samples of the strawberry parfait. I must admit that I probably never would have ordered it, but after tasting the sample I would. It is really tasty!

IDK, they had signs up for the Jan 28th event. But the cashier gave me a free sample. Not about to say I'll wait till the 28th and turn it down
Anyhow, from what I gather on the 28th there will be free coffee and a variety of free samples. Today was just the parfait

Individual Panera locations frequently give out free samples (usually bagels, though) to promote new products.

In the St. Louis, Mo (Metro Area) market, Panera = St. Louis Bread Co. for all Corporate stores, the Corp. Office is matching up to $250 per store in donations for Operation Doughnation.
Make sure you get out and get a free tasty coffee and donate a buck or two, it all goes to a good cause!
(and yes, I work at Panera) - But they have made me a convert for their food. Sooooo much more yummy than greasy fast food!

Do you think they looked at the weather forecast in the Northeast and made these plans? 4-6 inches of snow today. I'll just make coffee at home. But good deal if your out and about.

Decided to work from home today because of the ice and snow. Even decided to make my own coffee, that was a mistake. Got one of the black and decker 2 cup coffe makers. Last time I used it I made two cups. Forgot to reset it back to one cup and ended up with a half cup of hot water all over the counter and floor. :(

I miss when I could work from home especially weather like this. I barely made to work today. I like Panera coffee though.

Just came back from Panera. Usually I don't go there anymore, but decided to come back. Great lunch although expensive, and free coffee. They had paper and regular cups set up by the coffee pots, so it was self-service kind of thing. They had 4 or 5 types of coffee to choose from.

Awesome! Randomly in Panera to study anyway. Weird thing was, I was reading this line to check out freebie on SD when manager at my Panera walked up and gave me a free souffle to compliment my coffee! I thought it was that my manager is super cool (though he is, he frequently gives me free coffee). The new light roast is better than before. I had previously stuck to their Hazelnut. Gonna check the dark roast next.
