nice post I guess. I couldn't help but laugh at the "recipe" for fried rice. Are some people that clumsy not to know how to make fried rice?

From the recipes, no doubt they are very Americanized Chinese food. It is laughable to see they use "Ancient Chinese Secrets" as the book title for these common Americanized Chinese recipes. If you want a real Chinese cookbook, go to some Chinese stores.

Trust me... some people need some guidance just to cook rice :). Not all people eat rice as their main food.

What really misleading in the linked page is the 'cookbook'. The picture looks like a book of 600+ pages, while the downloadable ebook is only 31 pages.

As of the recipes, I don't mind having instructions of cooking Americanized Chinese food. Thanks.

Thanks for the link. The one I was interested in was the low carb to send to my brother but that link does not work.

For those who can't cook, this is great. For those who are good cooks, it gives us ideas on "what's for dinner?" , it is good to be inspired to make something we have not made in ages.

I just got inspired to make different appetizers for Super Bowl food fest!

PEACE
