One downfall, the form requires your account to start with "8255". Bundle customers can't take advantage of this offer due to many accounts start with different numbers

Gotta love Dish! And I am not sure what the complaint is about a price increase... we just got notice that rates are NOT going up this year.

customer service from DISH. that is very funny. DISH has zero customer service.
I've attempted email and telephone calls to them since December and have yet to have any response.

Every one of my calls has been answered correctly and promptly. They always took responsibility when something is wrong and as a result, I pay $5 a month after credits they gave me.

OP - You might want to change the subject line. It's not 2 free ON DEMAND movies, its 2 free Pay-per-view movies. They're 2 different things.

Awhile back I received 2 paper coupons from Dish Network for being a "Valued Customer". I finally got around to ordering them last week. I was going to fill out the coupons to send them in (today) when I noticed that they can be "redeemed" online.

The coupons do not have any sort of code, ID or any other means of unique identifier, nor does the website:

So, I'd say it's YMMV. I

Funny. I got a bunch of coupons for free movies with my Club Dish rewards and they were already expired when I got them. They arrived yesterday and expired March 31, 2009.

Not that I care. I have enough movies to watch and I still have several months left on my free 6 month blockbuster membership.

has anybody verified the free movies yet?

I did two two PPV movies in April and filled out the form. The credits did not show up on my bill so I called them. The rep initially did not want to credit back the amount but I was insistent and she eventually relented. The credit did appear as "activity since last statement" on my online account. You can always send email to ceo@echostar.com. They are usually pretty responsive.
