i've tried emailing many times and never got a response. what am i doing wrong? i have a simple problem and i don't know how to get the answer for it.

my problem is this. i've tried typing in my email address so i will get emailed when there is a new deal posted. it tells me to confirm and and do it. then it tells me it can't add me since i'm already on there. but then i'm not getting any emails whatsoever. i've added the Slick Deals Forum to my subscription so i'm guessing it should work but it doesn't. what am i missing?

Due to a problem with people reporting slickdeals email updates to the spam blacklisters this feature is currently not supported. Hopefully some day it will be fixed.
