BlueCross BlueShield of Florida has created a small, private online community of curious and informed consumers like you who are willing to serve as “consultants” by sharing your perspectives and opinions on general health topics and healthcare concerns. In addition to sharing your voice and building relationships with other members, you will receive gifts such as monthly Amazon e-gift certificates in exchange for your participation.
Our goal is to recruit a mix of people from a variety of different backgrounds and perspectives. Please complete the survey to see if you qualify. After that we will ask you to review a Member Agreement. This should take about 5 to 10 minutes, and we appreciate your time in completing this survey.
